Being able to speak to an advisor is just priceless as far as I'm concerned, because there have been a couple of boroughs and counties where I've spent kind of an hour trying to work out who? what? where?

Thank you very much for coming in yesterday to conduct our review. We're grateful for the time and effort you've taken and we felt the experience was a very constructive one. The staff you met spoke very positively about the discussions and how helpful they were, and the observations and insights you provided me on the day were very valuable.
