Advice and Support over the phone

Most local authorities do not have a facility whereby settings can call an experienced practitioner to ask them advice about how to proceed with a case involving safeguarding concerns about a child when it is not urgent. We have heard from schools here in Kent and further afield that this is something that is valued and wanted. 

Therefore, we have come up with the following offer:

Bronze Package: £600 + VAT which enables you to call us 5 times in a year

Silver Package: £1,140 + VAT for 10 calls a year

Gold Package: £1,680 + VAT for 15 calls a year

The package will run from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026 inclusive (‘the 2025/26 academic year’). Each call will be responded to within three working days, sooner if practicable, and will be for a maximum duration of 1 hour. You can call the line on any day of the week and it will be responded to by either Claire Ray or Robin Brivio. Both consultants are qualified social workers with many years experiencing working with schools on their safeguarding responsibilities and crucially very experienced in offering advice to settings.
