At ESS we appreciate what a difficult time this can be for settings and in investigations will always treat people with respect and honesty irrespective of allegations or complaints. We understand the need for these pieces of work to be completed to a high standard due to some of the difficult decisions that may need to be made in terms of behaviours related to safeguarding issues.

Whilst HR providers may be able to advise on disciplinary action we can help you navigate through the specific concerns where decisions need to be made about whether someone can continue in their role working with children. 

We will meet with you for free with no obligation over Teams to discuss if this is an investigation that we can do for you. If we agree to proceed we will agree a clear terms of reference crucial to ensure a clear focus to the investigation that avoids drift and cost from mounting.  

Costings are gone through prior to work commencing and regular updates provided to you to ensure that expensive financial commitments are kept to reasonable levels where possible. Our day rate is £600 plus VAT which makes us very affordable compared to our competitors.
